giftshop.net.au and it’s affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at giftshop.net.au you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future giftshop.net.au service or purchase from any business affiliated with giftshop.net.au whether or not included in the giftshop.net.au web site, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.
1. ACCESS & REGISTRATION: To place an online order with giftshop.net.au you will first need to complete registration details - please follow the link at our Homepage. For phone or faxed orders, our represetative will contact you.
2. PRODUCTS/STOCK: All stock is subject to availability. As all items are handcrafted there may be some slight variation in detail and colour to those in catalogue.
3. PRICING: All prices quoted include GST. Prices are correct at time of purchase however they are subject to change without notice.
4. PAYMENT: We accept payments by credit card (VISA/Mastercard/Bankcard) or by direct bank transfer (EFT).
5. SHIPPING: Orders will be dispatched, usually within 2-3 working days, on receipt of cleared funds to giftshop.net.au. All orders are dispatched via Australia Post or similar service with the applicable fees calculated prior to completion of your online purchase - this will be clearly displayed in your "shopping cart". For phone or faxed orders, one of our representatives will contact you with full details. For large, bulky orders or those for delivery to remote/country areas, a courier can be arranged - please contact us for details.
6. DAMAGED or FAULTY GOODS: All products are directly imported by giftshop.net.au and are inspected and carefully packaged prior to be being dispatched. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact sales@giftshop.net.au or by phoning 0431919504 within seven (7) days of receipt of delivery and we will be pleased to organise a refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees
